FTFRC is looking for a Social Chair to help lead our social programming for 2026!

Key Responsibilities: 

Plan & coordinate our main club events:

• Memorial Day

• 4th of July

• Labor Day

• Adult-Only / End-of-Season Party

• Trunk-or-Treat

Coordinate volunteer-led family events:

• Weekend family events

• Weekday family events

Examples include ice cream & cookie decorating socials, floating movie nights, karaoke, morning water aerobics, and craft activities.

Additional Responsibilities

✔ Coordinate volunteers & donations (SignUpGenius recommended)
✔ Create and post event flyers
✔ Send event communications via email & Facebook
✔ Manage event budgets (club credit card provided for approved expenses)
✔ Attend 3–5 board meetings per year
